Thank you for shopping at Do Only Good (DOG) Apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our Return/Refund Policy:
1. Returns:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items being returned must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once you have received your RAN, please print your order confirmation and write the RAN on it. - Securely package the item(s) you wish to return. - Send the package back to: DOG Apparel, 250 Merrick Rd. #710, Rockville Centre, NY 11570.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping company of your choice, but we require that you obtain a tracking code for the shipment and email it to us.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
